GOOD TO KNOW
A few little
answers.
When does the calendar begin?
The first present opens on December 1, with a new one every day through Christmas Eve. Earlier presents stay available. Grown-ups can try the calendar early using Preview December in Parents.
What’s free, and what’s included in the unlock?
Presents 1–7 and writing a wish list are free. Unlock Christmas is a one-time purchase for presents 8–24, the Christmas Eve finale and Santa’s personalized reply. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
Does it need an internet connection?
The calendar, activities and Santa letters work offline. Buying or restoring Unlock Christmas uses the App Store. Sharing may need a connection, depending on the app you choose.
Is my child’s information private?
The optional first name, wishes and progress stay in local app storage. Santa’s reply comes from built-in content on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a person or AI service. A grown-up decides whether to export a card. Read the full privacy policy.
Where can I get Bauble?
Bauble is coming to the iPhone App Store. We’re putting the finishing touches on it for Christmas. It requires iOS 18 or later.
