Privacy policy.

Bauble is designed for children to enjoy with their families. The app has no account system, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics. We do not receive your child's name, wishes, letter or calendar progress from the app.

Information kept on your device

Bauble saves an optional first name, selected wish stickers and trait, letter state, opened doors, settings and purchase-unlock status in local app storage. These details make the calendar and letters work and preserve your progress. The app shares the first name and door progress with its own countdown widget through local storage; they are not sent to us. A name may appear on the widget or in a reminder.

Santa letters, motion and reminders

Santa's reply is composed on the device from the app's built-in content. Sending a wish list is a pretend in-app experience, not an email or transmission to a person or AI service. The current version does not send letters to an AI provider.

Motion sensors make the wrapping shimmer when you tilt the phone. That motion is processed on the device and is not recorded or sent to us. Optional reminders are local notifications scheduled on the iPhone after a grown-up gives permission. They do not use our server or remote push notifications.

Sharing is your choice

A grown-up can export a wish-list or Santa-letter image using the iOS share sheet. An exported card may include the first name, wishes and selected trait. You choose its destination and recipient. Once you share it, the receiving app or service handles that copy under its own terms and privacy policy. Bauble does not send us a copy.

Purchases and Apple services

Apple handles purchases and payment details through the App Store. Bauble uses Apple's StoreKit framework to check whether Unlock Christmas is available. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple processes App Store transactions and related information under its own privacy policy.

Depending on your device settings, Apple may include app data in a device backup or restore it later. Bauble does not operate a cloud sync or backup service, and we cannot access your Apple backups.

Keeping and removing information

Local information remains on the device until you change it or remove the app and its data. You can edit or clear the first name in Parents and change the wish choices in the saved wish list. Removing Bauble removes its local app data; copies you exported and device backups are managed separately through their respective apps or Apple settings.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send children's personal information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to any records we need to keep for legal obligations.

This website does not add advertising or analytics scripts. Its hosting provider may process connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Opening this website is separate from using Bauble's offline calendar and letters.
