When do the presents open?
Doors open from December 1 to 24 using your iPhone's local date. Earlier doors remain available. Before December, grown-ups can try the calendar in Parents → Preview December.

What's included for free?
Doors 1–7 and writing a wish list are free. The one-time Unlock Christmas purchase adds doors 8–24, including the Christmas Eve finale, and Santa's personalized reply. There is no subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Parents, complete the grown-up challenge, choose Unlock Christmas, then complete the purchase screen’s For grown-ups challenge and tap Restore purchase. You will need an internet connection.
Can I use Bauble offline?
The calendar, activities and Santa letters work on the phone. Buying or restoring Unlock Christmas uses the App Store. Sharing a card may use a connection, depending on the app you choose.
How do I change a name or wishes?
Open Parents to edit or remove the optional first name. Open the saved wish list and choose Change my wishes to update its stickers and trait. These choices are stored on your device.
How do I turn reminders off?
Open Parents and switch off the morning reminder. You can also manage Bauble's notification permission in iPhone Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally for December 1–24.
Grown-up challenges protect purchase and sharing controls. A shared card can contain the child's name, wishes or chosen trait; check it before choosing a recipient.
About Santa’s letters
Sending a wish list is a pretend in-app experience. Santa’s reply is composed on the device from built-in content; it is not sent to a person or AI service. A grown-up can choose to share a card, which may include the first name, wishes and chosen trait. Please check the card before choosing a recipient.
